A Personalised Account can be named after you, a company or an organisation, or it can perpetuate the memory of someone you admire.
The general public may also contribute to these accounts.
PERSONALISED - PREFERRED PROJECT ACCOUNT
You can open a personalised account within the Foundation. A personalised account is
an excellent way to celebrate an individual's life and achievements forever.
Minimum donation $20 000
PERSONALISED - PREFERRED PURPOSE ACCOUNT
You can specify a purpose rather that a specific project for your account to support. You can
review current or proposed activities and make funding recommendations to us.
You can also choose a successor to make recommendations on your behalf when
you are no longer able to do so.
Minimum donation $100 000
PRIVATE ANCILLARY FUND
Establish your own Private Ancillary Fund so that your donation can grow and keep giving every year.
The ACER Foundation can set up a fund for you and will arrange for it to be invested responsibly and administered in accordance with all statutory requirements.
The net income from the fund will be distributed to educational projects nominated by the ACER Foundation or you can play a key role in the selection of projects.
Income produced within the fund is tax free.
You can
- Act as Trustee and have an equal say in investment choices.
- Nominate successor trustees and set the criteria for giving.
- Make a further donation through your will.
- All donations are tax deductible in Australia.
WILLS AND BEQUESTS
Please consider supporting educational research in your Will. Your bequest will enable us to continue to implement activities that address areas of educational disadvantage in the community.
TESTAMENTARY TRUSTS
You may prefer to establish a charitable foundation through your will to provide a specific scholarship fund.
The income produced within this fund is tax free.
You can nominate a Co-Trustee to act with the ACER Foundation.
